Great house vacation with swimming pool immersed in the green hillsides of Lari, with evocative panoramic view on rolling hills of olive groves and forest.This property and its strategic position are ideal for spending your holidays immersed in the nature of north Tuscany; perfect starting point for splendid walks and / or bike rides.

The interior of villa has hight quality wooden ceilings and terracotta floors. A great sitting room is in the dominant position (about 60 m2 ) at ground floor. At the first floor are located 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and the kitchen.

You can spend your relaxing time outside in the wide private garden or at the swimming pool where you can find gazebo with table and wooden benches, barbeque and deck chair around the swimming pool.

Basic shopping can be done in the nearby village of Capannina.The villa is situated close to Lari's castle,at 30 km to tirrenia's beach and 27 km to Pisa and spettacular hanging tower.
